The Collective Agreement is the contract negotiated between AGSEM and McGill to define your labour rights (other than those rights contained in provincial and federal law). Collective Agreements apply to all workers within a bargaining unit.

AGSEM has two Collective Agreements, one for Teaching Assistants and one for Invigilators.
